The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team include Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Operations Legal Clerk 2 will support Operations Legal Processors in responding to legal orders. Responsibilities will include:
• Opening/sorting and distribution of incoming mail received via FedEx USPS
• Working on emails (Microsoft Outlook) and CSC (Corporation Service Company)
• Preparing documents for shipment to DSR (Document Storage & Retrieval) for imaging.
• Preparing and sending answers for legal orders served on the bank.
Hours will be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Schedule can change based on the needs of the department and overtime may be required.

Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work within a specified department
