Fraudulent persons implicated me in false red handed case

Please help me in providing the ruling in regard to the matter of red handed cases where the motive is \'which no body can do\' and even the complainat legally cannot ask to get done ,asin my case happened and please give your overall view/opinion on the status of the case and relevant provisions.
